What are the amenities, details and available dates for each house?

Please check the Airbnb link of each property for the current available dates and amenities for each house.

What is the rate for each house?

To find the rate for each, go the Airbnb link and select your desired dates. Exclude the extra fees and taxes; you pay only the base fee and cleaning! Sometimes there is a minimum of nights you need to book, so please note that.

When do I have to pay?

Payment is due upon booking in full, because whenever you book we remove it from the market so nobody else can book it.Payment can be made via Zelle (QuickPay), PayPal, image of check in email, and cc. A fee of 2.9% is added for cc charges (our cost).

Can I cancel a booking?

The booking fee is non-refundable, except of the cleaning fee. However, if you wish to cancel, we'll put it back on the market (Airbnb and other platforms) and whatever our net fee is for those days we'll refund to you. There is no guarantee that it will eventually be rented and for how much, so keep in this mind while booking.
